Yoga
The word Yoga comes from the Sanskrit root word ‘yuj’, which means ‘To Yoke’, ‘To Join’, or ‘To Unite’.
Let our Yoga practice unite all the parts of ourselves with each other and the universe around us.

Our Yoga Practice
After many years of practicing and teaching Yoga all around the world I am pleased to have the possibility to offer you a space to practice together and experience Self-Kindness.
It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or experienced practitioner; if you are totally fit or “getting in shape”; or maybe you have pains and there are things that you cannot do, nonetheless I always encourage you to come to yoga classes just as you are. Together we can practice the Yin and the Yang of Self-Compassion through movements (asanas), deep listening of the body, breath-work and a contemplative mind.
Our Yoga practice moves us towards a deeper understanding of our bodies, as we cultivate “being present with”. At times, we need to move the energy in the body, and on other occasions, we are seeking solace and comfort. Understanding this balance in the body means getting to know ourselves. Sometimes it requires more time to get into certain positions, but if we stay in the present moment process, every breath is a miracle.
I offer you a safe space where you will be guided to explore your body, by understanding where you are at, in each and every moment. A place where you can feel at home in your body, to relax and restore.
